Job summary

Meta seeks a Product Risk Program Manager to guide end-to-end risk reviews during early product development. You will partner with product and engineering teams, legal, policy, and tooling groups to enable compliant launches and continuously improve risk review processes.

You will organize risk assessments, manage blockers, and drive accountability through clear communications and documentation while aligning priorities across stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering projects with tight timelines and ambiguity.
• Strong communication and cross-functional alignment across stakeholders.
• Robust stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Influencing without formal authority to gain buy-in.
• High adaptability in dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
• Experience identifying blockers and remediation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support early product development to optimize risk review experience.
• Identify blockers, elevate issues, remediate pain points.
• Drive execution with clear communication and action tracking.
• Establish end-to-end risk review expertise.
• Serve as trusted advisor to product, eng, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure project and risk details are documented and tracked.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, Policy, and Eng to align priorities.
• Provide guidance for supplemental risk assessments.
• Partner with SA and AA PMs to capture product context and support triage and remediation processes.
