Job summary

Meta seeks a Product Risk Program Manager to guide end-to-end risk reviews across product groups. You will partner with product, engineering, legal, policy, and tooling teams to deliver compliant product launches and improve risk review processes.

You will drive accountability, document risk details, and ensure fast, transparent triage and remediation across stakeholders. You will operate in a dynamic, evolving setting, using program-management discipline to balance speed and thorough risk

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance or related field.
• Proven track record of managing projects with tight timelines and high ambiguity across stakeholders.
• Communication and cross-functional alignment skills to navigate tradeoffs across audiences.
• Robust stakeholder management in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
• Influencing across functions without formal authority to gain buy-in and drive change.
• Adaptable and flexible in a dynamic business environment with shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage the early product development process to optimize risk review experience.
• Identify blockers, elevate issues, and remediate pain points proactively.
• Drive execution and accountability with clear communication and action tracking.
• Establish expertise in end-to-end risk review workflows for products.
• Serve as trusted advisor to product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure project and risk details are documented, tracked, and transparent.
• Coordinate with Product, Legal, Policy, and Engineering to align priorities.
• Provide guidance for supplemental risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with SA/AA teams to capture product context in risk systems.
