Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete training program to learn about Tnemec products, specifications, applications and performance attributes.
• Conduct product complaint investigations and provide product support via telephone and email.
• Perform laboratory work including MAEs and adhesion testing, and maintain lab equipment.
• Prepare technical service preliminary research summaries and reports.
• Assist with training for customers, new agency representatives and new JS employees.
• Support field and lab activities including product demonstrations and ad hoc testing.

Product Resource Representative (PRR)Primary PurposeThe Product Resource Representative (PRR) is an entry-level position in the Technical Services department.
