Job summary

Job description

As the Technical Service Representative, you will provide on-site technical support within OEM and fleet environments, including troubleshooting coating application, defects, and process variability.

Responsibilities
  • Manage audit and service programs to identify risks, improve corrective actions, and reduce warranty exposure.
  • Review, document, and improve coating processes in OEM production settings.
  • Be a primary owner of product‑related CAIRs, ensuring accurate entry, proper routing, timely resolution, and closure.
  • Prioritize and respond to technical service needs across assigned accounts.
  • Deliver training, certification support, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to customers and our teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to communicate field feedback, support product positioning, and stay current on product updates.
  • Participate in regular customer and internal calls (weekly, bi‑weekly, monthly) to agree on performance and priorities.
  • Support continuous improvement programs related to products, tools, and systems.
  • Demonstrate coating application and mixing, including troubleshooting in live production environments.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or relevant experience in coatings, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a large OEM environment as a technician, specialist, or manager.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work with all levels of customer organizations (operators through leadership).
  • Bilingual (Spanish/French) is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% of the time.
