Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to boost reliability and performance of manufacturing and utility assets at our Angleton, Texas facility. The role combines mechanical, electrical, controls, automation and reliability engineering to shift from reactive to data-driven maintenance.

You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Process Engineering, Quality, EHS, IT/OT and equipment suppliers to implement predictive maintenance and digital

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, reliability, plant engineering or industrial automation.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Working knowledge of CMMS systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Asset Reliability & Maintenance Strategy.
• Manufacturing Equipment Reliability.
• Provide engineering support for equipment including; develop maintenance strategies, inspection standards, spare-parts strategies and failure-prevention plans.
• Electrical, Controls & Automation; troubleshoot and improve automation systems.
• Predictive & Condition-Based Maintenance; identify assets for online monitoring.
• CMMS & Maintenance Data; establish asset hierarchies and master data.
• Maintenance Planning & Execution; plan corrective and preventive work.
• OT / Digital Manufacturing; advance digital capabilities and use plant data to predict failures.
