Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Support execution of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) in PLM (ENOVIA) and ERP (SAP) systems with guidance from senior engineers.
• Assist in maintaining product structures, BOMs, and revision data to ensure consistency across engineering and manufacturing systems.
• Collaborate with engineering teams (mechanical, electrical, optical, software) to gather required release documentation, including drawings and specifications.
• Perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to release.
• Work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Service teams to address routine release‑related questions and issues.
• Support production ramp activities by updating product data and helping resolve documentation gaps.
• Track assigned ECO tasks and follow established workflows to meet release schedules.
• Learn and follow standard release processes, configuration management practices, and documentation requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance data quality and release efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 2 years or more of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or product data management.
• Basic familiarity with engineering documentation (drawings, BOMs, specifications).
• Exposure to PLM/ERP systems is strongly preferred (ENOVIA, SAP or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn structured data management practices.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow defined processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum qualifications: Master’s level degree with 0 years of related work experience, or Bachelor’s level degree with at least 2 years of related experience.

Benefits and Compensation

Base Pay Range: $95,000.00 – $161,500.00 annually. Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas.
