AUMOVIO is seeking a highly motivated Attorney - Regulatory/Compliance for our Auburn Hills, MI location. The role focuses on U.S. and Canadian technical product compliance, interfacing with authorities like NHTSA and FCC, and leading regulatory inquiries and investigations.

The ideal candidate holds a JD with a U.S. license and 3+ years of corporate legal experience, with strong knowledge of product liability laws and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with a U.S. license to practice law.
• 3+ years of in-house or law firm experience in corporate settings.
• Strong knowledge of technical compliance, product integrity, and product liability laws.
• Ability to review regulatory requirements and guide the organization at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead legal support for US and Canadian technical product compliance.
• Interface with regulators including NHTSA, FCC, and Transport Canada.
• Manage product recalls, field actions, and product integrity issues.
• Handle regulatory inquiries, investigations, and technical support requests.
• Monitor and interpret evolving U.S./Canada regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with global colleagues on large-scale compliance issues.
