Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our legal team in Auburn Hills, USA. You will provide day-to-day employment-law guidance to HR and management, addressing FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA and related regulations, helping shape compliant practices across multi-state U.S.

operations. You will analyze regulatory developments, partner with HR and governance functions, oversee investigations, manage outside counsel on litigation, and support strategic initiatives in a

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate with a license to practice law in the United States.
• Minimum 3+ years of legal experience in corporate or law-firm settings, ideally with international exposure.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Labor and Employment laws including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title VII, ADEA, PWFA, NLRA, OSHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to HR and management on U.S. employment practices and compliance.
• Advise on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Analyze regulatory developments and guide business impact and implementation.
• Partner with HR and governance functions on policy development, employee relations, and performance management.
• Conduct or oversee internal investigations related to employment and workplace conduct.
• Manage outside counsel for litigation and administrative matters.
