• 3+ years' experience in Product Regulatory law at a recognized law firm.
• Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with a State Bar.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal counseling to the Product Innovation and Product Development teams, including reviewing product packaging, advertising and marketing collateral, and other customer-facing communications to maintain compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• Proactively work with internal stakeholders to set up processes that preserve compliance with laws, rules, and regulations while helping achieve our strategy.
• Keep abreast of changes in laws, rules, and regulations that may impact our product offerings and identify opportunities to share learnings with internal stakeholders.
• Engage with external stakeholders to monitor changes in the laws, rules, and regulations that may affect our products.
• Provide expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders regarding the impacts of privacy, telehealth, HIPAA, AI laws, rules, regulations, and other legal risks posed by social media and AI.

This opportunity is a direct hire position. You can live anywhere and work 100% remotely. We prefer candidates who live in Pittsburgh and can visit the office twice a week.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years' experience working for an internationally / nationally recognized law firm or in combination with in-house expertise with a focus on Product Regulatory law.
• Juris Doctor.
• Law degree from an accredited law school and licensed and a member in good standing of a State Bar.
