As a Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you’ll work at the heart of product development and launch, ensuring our products meet ever-evolving safety and environmental standards. You’ll be a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, from labs to legal, keeping our business compliant and competitive across the Americas.

What You’ll Do
· Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to review and approve new raw materials and finished products.
· Lead regulatory strategy and execution for product registrations such as TSCA PMNs/LVEs and Canadian DSL/NDSL submissions.
· Own compliance for gas and solvent portfolios, driving both internal policies and external advocacy efforts.
· Manage the FDA food contact portfolio, including technical documentation and support for FCN submissions.
· Track regulatory trends across the Americas and translate them into actionable business insights.
· Support TSCA import certifications, SDS creation, and chemical inventory maintenance in coordination with global teams.
· Respond to internal and customer inquiries with confidence—escalating when needed, and always with clarity.
· Deliver targeted regulatory training to cross-functional teams, helping demystify complex compliance requirements.
· Support legal and commercial teams on product compliance and marketability matters.

What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline (Advanced degree preferred).
· 5–10 years of progressive experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on TSCA and FDA food contact.
· A solid foundation in polymer chemistry and/or fluorochemistry.
· Familiarity with international regulations (EU REACH, Asia-Pacific frameworks) is a strong plus.
· Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Technically savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and regulatory databases.
· Willingness to travel up to 15%, including occasional international trips.
