Job description

Step into a global role with a local feel. This is more than regulatory compliance—it’s where innovation meets responsibility. As a Global Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you’ll work at the heart of product development and launch, ensuring our products meet ever-evolving safety and environmental standards. You’ll be a trusted partner to cross-functional teams, from labs to legal, keeping our business compliant and competitive across the Americas.

Join a passionate international team committed to product safety, sustainability, and smart innovation while staying grounded in a collaborative and mission-driven culture.

What You’ll Do

· Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial teams to review and approve new raw materials and finished products.

· Lead regulatory strategy and execution for product registrations such as TSCA PMNs/LVEs and Canadian DSL/NDSL submissions.

· Own compliance for gas and solvent portfolios, driving both internal policies and external advocacy efforts.

· Manage the FDA food contact portfolio, including technical documentation and support for FCN submissions.

· Track regulatory trends across the Americas and translate them into actionable business insights.

· Support TSCA import certifications, SDS creation, and chemical inventory maintenance in coordination with global teams.

· Respond to internal and customer inquiries with confidence—escalating when needed, and always with clarity.

· Deliver targeted regulatory training to cross-functional teams, helping demystify complex compliance requirements.

· Support legal and commercial teams on product compliance and marketability matters.

What You Bring

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related scientific discipline (Advanced degree preferred).

· 5–10 years of progressive experience in regulatory affairs, with a focus on TSCA and FDA food contact.

· A solid foundation in polymer chemistry and/or fluorochemistry.

· Familiarity with international regulations (EU REACH, Asia-Pacific frameworks) is a strong plus.

· Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

· Technically savvy: comfortable with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and regulatory databases.

· Willingness to travel up to 15%, including occasional international trips.

Why You’ll Love It Here

· Be part of a mission-driven company prioritizing product stewardship and sustainability.

· Work globally, while making a local impact.

· Collaborate with diverse teams across science, engineering, and business.

· Grow in a role that values continuous learning and regulatory leadership.
