Job summary

GPC – Genuine Parts Company, a leading auto parts distributor, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to build data analytics and validate data to manage risks related to product hazards and regulatory requirements.

The role partners with IT, operations, and supply chain to ensure regulatory adherence, develop and maintain a SharePoint, and drive best-practice compliance across the supplier base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5-7+ years in regulatory compliance, supplier diversity related role, engineering, or closely related fields.
• Automotive experience 5+ years preferred.
• Ability to develop data analytics reports and communicate insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the Regulatory Apps and manage user testing for ongoing enhancements.
• Develop procedures and reporting to generate supplier lists and compliance metrics.
• Conduct gap analyses with category and supplier teams to fix compliance gaps.
• Prepare risk management/compliance reports for sharing with customers, sales teams, or government agencies.
• Support data analytics and reporting for non-compliance events; coordinate with IT and Supply Chain partners.
