AssistRx seeks a meticulous Product Support/QA Specialist to build, test, and maintain a library of electronic prior authorization forms and related PDFs. You will ensure accuracy of PA content, support QA with defect reporting, and contribute to product design while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

The role requires independence, strong research skills, and attention to detail across a broad set of duties in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Solid understanding of prescription drug reimbursement processes and PA requirements.
• Experience with building and validating PA forms and related materials.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat DC Pro for creating accessible PDFs and forms.
• Ability to conduct independent research and maintain accurate, well-documented records.

Responsabilidades

• Research PA forms and verify accuracy across products and therapeutic areas.
• Build and maintain digital assets including PA forms and correspondence materials.
• Test system changes and document defects for remediation.
• Contribute to product design by providing input on requirements and usability.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal data governance policies.
