Job summary

ProCare Rx is seeking a Quality Assurance Business Specialist to audit new plan and group implementations and ensure accuracy in the system. The role also tests modifications to existing plans and generates reports to validate setups.

Ideal candidates are CPT certified with experience in testing applications, strong analytic and proofreading abilities, and proficient with Excel/Google tools. In-office engagement in Gainesville, GA with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician with at least one year of experience.
• Experience testing system applications and reading results is highly desired.
• Strong analytic and proofreading skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Audit new plan/group implementation setups for accuracy.
• Test modifications to existing plans/groups and document results.
• Run weekly and billing reports to validate plan flags and test claims reversal.
• Prepare and present testing procedures and reports to peers.
