Job summary

Core Home in New York seeks a Product & Quality Coordinator to support end-to-end product development. You will bridge Product Development, Quality and design, coordinating with manufacturing, testing labs, and customers to keep projects on schedule while upholding quality standards.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication. You will manage sample flows, maintain technical documentation, and collaborate across teams and overseas partners to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Product Development, Industrial Design, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in consumer products, product development, manufacturing, quality assurance, or project coordination preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PLM systems or project management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and inspect product development samples to ensure quality throughout development.
• Partner with Product Development and Engineering to identify issues and improvements; maintain product integrity.
• Track development milestones and ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with third-party testing labs for testing schedules, submissions, and results.
• Upload and maintain technical specifications and compliance documents in customer portals.
• Build strong relationships with customer Quality and Product teams; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
