Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. in Saint George, UT is seeking a warehouse associate to support loading, unloading, and moving materials and to help meet daily product orders.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, follow GMP‑style guidelines, maintain accurate logs, and ensure safety as well as quality standards. Some Saturdays are required to support product distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Perform any combination of receiving, storing, and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of product.
• Pull and stack product based on daily orders.
• Meet specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain keeping products separated, organized, and in good rotation.
• Support preventative maintenance plans.
• Monitor product quality frequently and report problems to mitigate safety issues.
• Complete production and quality logs.
• Furnish accurate counts on load tags.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, and accurate format and completed with required information.
• Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP’s.
• Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
• Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
