Job summary

Holden Industries, Inc. is seeking a Product Design Engineer to design and develop product prototypes using CAD software and 3D modeling.

You will collaborate with R&D teams to incorporate usability and marketability into designs and test prototypes to refine design parameters and resolve functionality issues. You will assess production methods and materials for economic feasibility, stay current with trends in design and manufacturing technology, and ensure designs meet industry-specific

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or equivalent).
Knowledge of the full design lifecycle from concept to production.
Experience with 3D printing and computer-aided manufacturing technologies is often preferred.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing product prototypes using CAD software and 3D modeling.
