About Stellar Health: Historically, US Healthcare has relied on a fee-for-service reimbursement system where providers are paid based on the quantity of patient visits and procedures, rather than the quality of health outcomes.

At Stellar Health, we help primary care providers put patient health first. Our platform—a mix of technology, people, and analytics—supports providers at the point of care, delivering real-time patient information, activating practice staff, and empowering providers and care teams with incentives that reward the work they are already doing to keep patients healthy. Using the Stellar App, our web-based, point-of-care tool; practices receive a simple checklist of recommended actions that support the best quality care. Providers and care teams are then paid monthly for each action they complete, and Payors save money in reduced healthcare costs along the way.

Stellar is a US-based Health-tech backed by Top VCs (General Atlantic, Point72, & Primary Venture Partners) with an established product & proven operating model. We've shown that we make a real difference for physician practices and their patients.

About the Position: We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Product Program Manager to work directly with Stellar's Head of Product and maximize the impact of the team. Responsibilities include leading strategic analyses and internal consulting projects, stepping in as the lead PM for product development teams when needed, and driving ongoing operational management and process improvement efforts. This role offers a unique vantage point to learn the intricacies of product management in a fast-paced startup, with potential for future growth within the Product organization.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a trusted resource to the SVP Product, providing insights, recommendations, and support on product strategy, operational improvements, and critical decision-making.
  • Become a key member of our high-performing Product team, supporting team members across Product and Design. Discover insights to enhance team impact, propose solutions, and implement changes.
  • Engage in strategic projects alongside experienced Product leaders, contributing to initiatives like identifying AI vendors, analyzing market opportunities, or evaluating product engagement data.
  • Perform data analyses, such as assessing A/B test impacts or sizing product opportunities.
  • Act as the lead Product Manager on certain projects, including interviewing users, writing PRDs, working with Design and Engineering, testing features, and coordinating rollouts.
  • Support the efficiency of the Product org through project management activities and process improvements, such as coordinating customer enrollments, overseeing research inputs, and managing issue resolution processes.

As Program Manager you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). A Master's in business or healthcare (e.g., MBA, MPH) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical role within technology and/or healthcare organizations. Experience as a consultant, data analyst, strategy associate, or similar is ideal.
  • Exceptional project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Strong analytical skills, including comfort with data analyses; experience with SQL & Snowflake is a plus.
  • An interest in Product Management with a foundational understanding of product development methodologies. This role is a good entry point for growth within the Product org.
  • A passion for healthcare, technology, and startups. Learn the ins and outs of value-based care and how technology offers a competitive advantage.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset suited for a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: The salary range is $150,000 - $175,000 with eligibility for an annual performance bonus and equity grant. Compensation depends on skills and experience, with potential for growth over time. Stellar reserves the right to modify compensation bands.

Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Unlimited PTO, Paid Family Leave, memberships, wellness stipend, stock options, 401k match, career development, and social events.
