Kenworth Truck Company, part of PACCAR, seeks a highly motivated intern to gain hands-on experience in product planning in Kirkland, WA. You will assist with market research, collaborate across R&D, marketing, sales, and operations, and help guide future truck product decisions.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in trucking and product planning.
• Good analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Human Centered Design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in market research to understand customer needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations to support product development and launches.
• Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Assist in developing a forecasting tool.
• Learn product development lifecycle including design, prototyping, testing.
• Support planning and execution of customer-focused research events.
