Job summary

Kenworth Truck Company, a PACCAR division, is seeking highly motivated Accounting Interns to gain hands-on financial experience in a manufacturing environment in Kirkland or Renton, WA. You will contribute to monthly closes, journal entries, and reporting, under the guidance of senior managers.

Internships begin May or June 2027; students pursuing accounting, finance, or business degrees are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts, including reconciliation, journal entries, and reporting
• Participate in Sarbanes-Oxley auditing, record retention analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes
• Provide financial analysis that supports company decisions
• Participate in additional projects designed to make company operations more effective and efficient
• Assist with Physical Inventory & Build Station audits
• Participate in special projects, as necessary
