Job summary

Kenworth Division of PACCAR seeks a highly motivated student for a 10-12 week Program Management Internship in Kirkland, WA. This on-site, full-time role starts May or June 2027 and offers hands-on experience within the PMO of a Fortune 500 manufacturing leader.

You will collaborate with product planning, engineering, IT, and manufacturing, document user stories, track deliverables, and support continuous improvement initiatives while learning from senior managers.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across different project lifecycle phases.
• Resourceful self-starter with strong analytical skills and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO activities within larger vehicle and powertrain programs during the internship period.
• Document user stories, track deliverables, and support testing and feedback loops.
• Contribute to documenting processes/templates and support continuous improvement of standards.
• Collaborate with planning, engineering, IT, manufacturing, and testing groups to achieve internship goals.
