Job summary

PACCAR invites highly motivated students to join its Kenworth Division internship program in Kirkland, WA, offering hands-on human resources and recruiting experience in a leading manufacturing environment.

Intern duties include partnering with recruiters, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting HR projects while gaining exposure to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and onboarding processes. May/June 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work with multiple stakeholders.
• Analytical thinker with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts: create and close job requisitions, source candidates via SAP SuccessFactors, schedule phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate updates between recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
• Assist with onboarding, audits, and HR projects to improve processes.
