The Product Planner will play a key role in supporting the planning and delivery of lifecycle trigger communications and portfolio engagement programs. Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technology teams, this role will ensure on-time execution of over 28+ trigger communications that improve customer engagement and retention.
