Job summary

Brain Corp is seeking a Pilot Operations support specialist in San Diego to help plan, track, and execute robotic go-to-market programs. You will bridge Engineering and Operations, manage tasks, and drive cross-functional initiatives for scale.

You will coordinate schedules, capture clear notes, and maintain up-to-date documentation to ensure alignment between technical development and field execution. Excellent communication across stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years in project coordination, operations, or technical support.
• Interest in bridging engineering with day-to-day business operations.
• Exposure to software/hardware tech is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Track project schedules, milestones and deliverables to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Serve as a daily bridge between Engineering and Operations/Sales teams.
• Identify potential roadblocks in deployments or rollouts and flag to managers.
• Align engineering tasks with operational needs and vice versa.
• Schedule cross-functional syncs and track action items to completion.
• Translate engineering updates into clear status reports for leadership.
• Create lightweight guides and training materials for new features.
• Document current processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Lead technical tasks from start to finish.
