  • Issue & Risk Tracking: Help spot potential roadblocks in technical deployments or operational rollouts, and flag them to senior managers to discuss solutions.
  • Requirements Alignment: Support the alignment of project tasks by ensuring Engineering understands operational needs, and Operations understands technical constraints.
  • Meeting Management: Schedule cross-functional syncs, take clear notes, and diligently track action items to completion.
  • Status Reporting & Translation: Help translate complex engineering updates into simple, clear status reports for Operations leadership.
  • Enablement & Training: Assist in creating lightweight "how-to" guides, training materials, and cheat sheets to help the Operations team adopt new engineering features and workflows.

  • Task Ownership: Take the lead on technical tasks, seeing them through from start to finish.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in a project coordination, operations, or technical support role (relevant internship experience is welcome).
  • A strong interest in technology and a desire to bridge the gap between engineering development and day-to-day business operations.
  • Prior exposure to a software, hardware, or fast-paced tech environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a multiple internal and external stakeholder environment
