Job summary

Member Driven Technologies in Great Falls, MT is seeking an Operations Specialist to support Product Management and Strategic Partnerships. You will organize product and partner information, respond to inquiries, and ensure documentation and pricing references are accurate and accessible.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, enabling teams by removing friction and administrative burden, with a 75/25 split between product/training and partnerships support.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Two years of college training in business, or equivalent experience.
• B.S. in business or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in operations, product support, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for internal product inquiries and route questions.
• Maintain centralized product inventory: status, ownership, lifecycle, pricing, partner details.
• Update internal product documentation, FAQs, and integration notes.
• Distribute vendor and product materials: release notes, roadmaps, security docs.
• Prepare and share internal product updates and enablement materials.
• Support product launches with documentation and readiness materials.
• Coordinate partner materials and track contract timelines and revenue.
