Job summary

PeopleReady of Lexington, KY is now hiring Product Packagers in Harrodsburg, KY. You will work in a production and packaging environment, seated along a conveyor belt, placing product into packaging envelopes as items move through the line.

PeopleReady of Lexington, KY is now hiring Product Packagers in Harrodsburg, KY! We are currently hiring Product Packager to work in a production and packaging environment. Product Packager will be seated along a conveyor belt and responsible for placing product into packaging envelopes as items move through the production line.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15 - $15 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Product Packager:

• Sit along a conveyor belt and place product into packaging envelopes
• Ensure the correct amount of product is placed into each package
• Inspect product and packaging for basic quality concerns
• Keep pace with the production line while maintaining accuracyKeep the work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Perform other packaging or production duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day) and 3rd Shift (Night)

12-hour shifts: 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM

2-2-3 rotating schedule

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to remain seated for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Previous packaging, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Background check and drug test required
