RiVi Consulting Group L.L.C is seeking a seasoned Product Owner/PM to lead cloud-based voice and contact center platform initiatives in New York. You will own discovery, backlog, and end-to-end delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration across business, engineering and operations to launch and optimize features.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, hands-on voice AI experience, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product/PO experience in cloud-based voice or contact center platforms.
• Lead discovery and translate needs into epics, features and stories.
• Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with stakeholders across business and engineering.
• Hands-on with Agentic Voice / Voice AI implementations.
• Experience with voice intelligence, prompt engineering, analytics and optimization.
• Self-driven with strong communication and stakeholder management.

• 10+ years of relevant Product Owner/Product Management experience, with strong expertise in cloud-based voice, contact center, or conversational voice platforms.
• Lead business discovery independently, translating business needs into prioritized epics, features, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and backlog management through implementation, launch, and continuous optimization.
• Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment across business, engineering, architecture, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Key differentiator:
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic Voice / Voice AI implementations, including AI-driven voice agents and conversational experiences
• Experience with Voice Intelligence and voice prompt engineering, including conversation analytics, intent recognition, summarization, and optimization of AI-driven voice interactions.
• Self-driven with strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
