Job summary

RiVi Consulting Group L.L.C. seeks a Senior Product Owner/PM with 10+ years in cloud-based voice platforms to own discovery and delivery, shaping epics, features, and user stories.

You will drive end-to-end product delivery from discovery through launch and optimization, aligning multiple teams and stakeholders to achieve outcomes. You will lead cross-functional collaboration across business, engineering, architecture, and operations, and apply hands-on expertise in Agentic Voice / Voice AI,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant Product Owner/Product Management experience in cloud-based voice platforms.
• Lead business discovery independently, translating needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Own end-to-end product delivery from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across business, engineering, architecture, and operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic Voice / Voice AI implementations.
• Experience with Voice Intelligence and voice prompt engineering, including analytics, intent recognition, summarization, and optimization.
• Self-driven with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment across business, engineering, architecture, operations, and other stakeholders.
• Key differentiator:
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentic Voice / Voice AI implementations, including AI-driven voice agents and conversational experiences
• Experience with Voice Intelligence and voice prompt engineering, including conversation analytics, intent recognition, summarization, and optimization of AI-driven voice interactions.
• Self-driven with strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
