Job summary

ITW, Alpine, seeks a Product Owner to drive roadmap execution and ensure delivery with Agile teams in Alpine’s software environment. You will translate product vision into actionable plans, write clear user stories, and collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, QA, and UX to achieve timely releases.

The role emphasizes customer value, strong communication, and stakeholder alignment, with up to 25% travel and ongoing product ownership across a focused product line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience as Product Owner or similar with a development team.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• Experience with Agile software product development (Scrum/SAFe).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of the product roadmap for a focus area.
• Translate strategy into actionable development plans.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, QA, and UX teams on sprints and releases.
• Develop clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain prioritized backlog aligned with goals.
• Support UAT, documentation, and release readiness.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
