Our client, a leading digital consultancy is seeking a Digital Product Owner to join a high-impact, collaborative team for a prominent client in the retail and guest experience space. This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategy and execution for analytics and personalization platforms, shaping data-driven, omnichannel guest experiences.

Location: Remote (US only, EST hours preferred)

Start Date: ASAP (within 2 weeks)

Duration: Through December 31, 2025, with potential for quarterly renewals

As a key strategic partner, you’ll lead personalization and analytics initiatives within a dynamic Digital, Loyalty & Personalization organization. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Technology, Data Science, Loyalty, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, data-informed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategy for analytics and personalization platforms (e.g., GA4, Mixpanel, Branch.io, Alchemer, AEM).
• Own analytics platforms, defining KPIs and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Optimize omnichannel guest experiences across app, web, kiosk, SMS, email, and more.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and measurable outcomes.
• Lead with ownership, delivering polished, high-quality results independently.

Who You Are:

• 8–10 years of experience in digital product management, analytics, or data strategy (open to less for exceptional candidates).
• Hands-on expertise with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Branch.io, etc.) and personalization platforms.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively in a collaborative, solution-oriented environment.
• Background in retail, convenience, or guest-centric digital ecosystems is a plus.
• Self-directed, professional, and thrive in a fast-paced, non-political team culture.
