The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments and is excited to own product delivery from concept to release. You’ll report directly to the Head of Product and work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to turn strategy into action and ship features that create meaningful impact for our users.

This is a great opportunity for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership role for the first time and help shape a platform from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate the product vision into clearly documented features, epics, and user stories aligned with Humanly’s roadmap

• Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and meet quality standards

• Partner with design, marketing, and business stakeholders to ensure product alignment with user needs and business goals

• Own and manage multiple project deliverables, ensuring timely delivery under strict deadlines

• Conduct and lead rapid prototyping and requirements gathering sessions with users and internal stakeholders

• Drive iterative product reviews, collecting actionable feedback for continuous improvement

• Lead release readiness efforts including feature finalization, QA coordination, documentation, and internal communication

• Balance attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize, especially when operating under uncertainty

• Maintain product documentation, including release notes, technical specs, and user workflows

What You Bring

• Experience working in product, UX, engineering, or startup operations

• Ability to break down complex problems into structured, actionable plans

• Working knowledge of Agile product development, tools like Jira or ClickUp, and iterative feedback cycles

• Clear communication skills and a collaborative, detail-oriented mindset

• Bonus: Experience with AI, blockchain, or career development platforms
