Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Contract Product Owner to own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing product backlogs and working closely with cross-functional delivery teams.

Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience using data and analytics to inform decision-making.

Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Blue Ash, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
