Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an experienced Product Owner/Product Manager to lead backlog management and cross-functional planning during a large transformation in Oklahoma City. You will drive SAFe-aligned activities, coordinate with vendors, and elevate risks and dependencies to leadership.

The role requires Jira administration, Excel data exports, and the ability to communicate priorities clearly in a dynamic environment. Hybrid work is available in OKC.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Product Owner/Product Manager experience.
• Experience managing Agile backlogs and Jira administration.
• Strong SAFe experience.
• Ability to export Jira data into Excel and present risks, dependencies, and priorities to leadership.
• Experience supporting large transformation programs.

Must Haves:

Delivery Methodology

The program will be executed using the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) model.

This will be a significant transformation effort and one of the first large-scale SAFe implementations.

This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
