Job summary

ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking 8 Product Owners for an initial 12-month contract in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Roles support a development team in an Agile/SAFe environment, owning team backlogs and guiding design and implementation of software solutions.

Responsibilities include owning and prioritizing backlogs for multiple Agile teams, sequencing work to meet stakeholder needs, reviewing program documents, ensuring traceability from requirements to features and

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with a bachelors degree.
Experience as an Agile Product Owner with backlog ownership and item definition (user stories).
SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification.
Experience with Agile methodology, principles and tools.
Experience in a SAFe environment including PI planning and cross-team coordination.
Ability to decompose complex requirements into testable work items with clear acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize backlog for multiple Agile development teams.
Sequence work based on stakeholder needs and program priorities.
Review program requirements, system specifications, and orders to extract intent and constraints.
Maintain traceability from source requirements through features, stories and verification evidence.
Lead structured reviews and inspections.
