Job summary

GSquared Group is seeking a hybrid Product Owner / Project Manager to translate business needs into clear requirements and steer technology initiatives from planning to delivery. This on-site role requires balancing product ownership with structured project execution and collaboration across teams.

You will maintain a clean backlog, prioritize features by value, and support UAT to ensure solutions meet expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience spanning product ownership, business analysis, and project management within technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with structured requirements methodologies (use cases, scenarios, UML, BPMN, or BABOK-aligned practices).
• Certifications such as CSPO, IIBA, CAPM, or PMP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, write clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Plan projects with milestones, timelines, and deliverables; align resources and teams.
• Coordinate across departments to manage risks, dependencies, and communications.
