Job summary
Caterpillar Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Project Manager/Product Owner to drive project delivery and manage the product backlog with the Scrum Team.
You will collaborate with the Scrum Team and Technical Product Management to prioritize work, ensure alignment with business value, and deliver features on time and within scope. In this role you will own backlog priorities, guide sprint planning, and shape the product vision across digital platforms, leveraging Azure DevOps and strong product
Qualifications
- Strong Product Ownership experience.
- Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is REQUIRED.
- PMP certification (Nice to Have) and CS M desirable.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key decision-maker regarding what features the product will have and prioritizing the Product Backlog according to business value.
- Create, maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog to align with project goals and timelines.
- Communicate backlog priorities to the Scrum team and guide sprint objectives.
- Collaborate with Scrum Team and Technical Product Management to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
