You will partner with Technical Product Management to shape the product vision and deliver valuable increments.

The role requires 5+ years of product ownership in an agile environment, proficiency with Azure DevOps, and strong communication skills to guide cross-functional teams in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct product ownership experience with software engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Extensive experience using Azure DevOps is REQUIRED.
• PMP certification is NICE TO HAVE.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is DESIRED.
• Knowledge of Confluence is DESIRED.
• Knowledge of Power BI is DESIRED.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and oversee planning and execution of project team members.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Team and Technical Product Management to prioritize sprints.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and reporting artifacts.
• Lead change control and timely decision making.
• Prioritize backlog items according to business value across the project lifecycle.
• Communicate backlog priorities to the team and stakeholders.
• Make feature trade-off decisions and convey the product vision.
• Articulate a clear product-wide vision to the team.
