Caterpillar Inc. seeks a Product Owner to manage backlog, align with a Scrum Team, and ensure projects deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality. You will drive the product vision, prioritize features by value, and collaborate closely with technical management to satisfy sprint goals.

Based in Dallas, TX, you’ll support multiple project teams from concept through implementation, using Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Power BI to report progress and ensure stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of decision-making processes and tools; ability to analyze situations and decide.
• Experience leading projects to on-time, on-budget completion and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Product Backlog based on business value.
• Lead planning, execution and scheduling with Scrum team.
• Communicate backlog priorities to team and stakeholders.
• Act as key decision-maker on features and product vision.
