High Roller Technologies is creating a consumer-facing prediction markets platform for the US market. We are seeking a Product Owner to translate our strategy into actionable work for engineering, design, data, and compliance teams, ensuring clear requirements and measurable delivery outcomes.

You will own the backlog, translate strategy into epics and user stories, and lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and demos. Collaboration with Compliance and Operations is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience as Product Owner or Product Manager in a tech company.
• Proven ability to work directly with software engineering teams.
• Skilled at turning complex business needs into clear product requirements.
• Strong understanding of agile product development and backlog management.
• Excellent prioritisation and decision-making capabilities.
• Comfort collaborating with Engineering, Design, Compliance, Data and Operations.

Responsabilités

• Own and maintain the product backlog continuously.
• Translate strategy into epics, user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise work based on value, priorities, dependencies and regulatory needs.
• Define requirements across onboarding, funding, market discovery, trading, positions, settlement and withdrawals.
• Collaborate with Engineering for clarification and with Design for user journeys.
• Incorporate Compliance, Legal and operational requirements into requirements.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning and product demos.
• Review completed work against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work with QA on test scenarios and release readiness.
• Use data and feedback to identify improvements and support roadmap translation.
