Job summary

White Hat Gaming Inc. in the United States is seeking a Product Owner with Payments and Risk experience within the iGaming industry. You will manage the payments roadmap and promote Agile methodologies across cross-functional teams.

The role is fully remote, reporting to the Product Manager within the Payments team. You will collaborate with suppliers and development teams to introduce new payment methods and optimize checkout and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Payments & Risk Product roles within the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in creating product requirements and specifications for complex products.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and promoting them within teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience focusing on payment integrations with suppliers and development teams.
• Experience guiding the development process through demos, acceptance and testing.
• Track record in managing user experience for payment applications and coordinating with providers.
• Ability to monitor and improve KPIs related to features and payments.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: prototyping, specifications, and user testing.

Summary:

We are looking for a Product Owner with Payments and Risk experience within the Gaming industry. The ideal candidate will help us manage the payment’s roadmap in accordance with business requirements. Must have a strong understanding of an Agile environment and its methodologies and be able to promote them within the development teams.

The role is fully remote, reporting to the Product Manager within our Payments team.

Your day to day:

• Focus on payment integrations - documenting requirements and working with suppliers and development teams to offer new payment methods, solutions, and opportunities.
• Creation and roll-out of operational documentation to support teams relating to new payment methods, features and enhancements.
• Focus on conversion with the registration process (regular and quick registration products) along with the conversion.
• Discovery: prototyping, specifications, user testing.
• Management and guidance of development process (development and QA teams) through to release including demos, user acceptance, and regression testing.
• Responsible for the user experience of the payment’s application.
• Management and control of deposit/cash-out methods offered, limits, currencies, etc via internal reports.
• Communication with payment service providers regarding new and existing products.
• Monitoring and improvement of KPIs relevant to the performance of features and payment methods.
• Coordination with Account Managers for touch points during the release cycle - post and prior to release.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in Payments & Risk Product roles within the iGaming industry.
• Proficiency in creating product requirements and specifications for complex products, features, and tools, utilizing various requirement formats tailored to agile environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience promoting them within development teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to focus on payment integrations, collaborating with suppliers and development teams to introduce new payment methods, solutions, and enhancements.
• Experience in managing and guiding the development process, including demos, user acceptance, and regression testing, to ensure successful releases.
• Track record of managing user experience for payment applications and coordinating with payment service providers.
• Ability to monitor and improve KPIs relevant to feature and payment method performance.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating touch points with Account Managers during release cycles.
