Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Product Owner for the U.S. Patient Support Services (PSS) organization. You will serve as a functional SME for an assigned disease area, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations and workflows while partnering with analysts, admins, and developers.

You will lead end‑to‑end project delivery, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure governance and compliance across platforms. Strong communication and multi‑time‑zone collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s with 2+ years OR PhD OR Associate degree with 8+ years relevant experience.
• Functional experience in patient services domain with good process knowledge.
• Expertise in modern technology platforms including Salesforce, IVR workflow, data models and AI.
• Proven experience running patient services operations and platform operations to support.
• Strong program/project management and SDLC experience.
• Experience in working teams with multiple time zones (e.g., Greece, India).

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, aligning with business priorities and strategy.
• Define project scope, success metrics, timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate planning sessions, sprint cycles, status reviews, and stakeholder touchpoints.
• Identify, manage and resolve risks, dependencies, and issues with escalation when needed.
• Coordinate cross‑functional contributors including business SMEs, technical teams, and vendors.
• Communicate project progress, risks and impacts to stakeholders at all levels.
• Maintain governance documentation and reporting for transparency and compliance.
• Promote continuous improvement by applying learnings to future work.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins and Dev teams on sprints and delivery timelines.
• Maintain governance and prioritization frameworks for transparent decision making.
