Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Product Owner – Manager in the United States (New York/Collegeville) to drive end-to-end delivery of patient services initiatives. You will partner with delivery PODs, translate business needs into Salesforce configurations, and guide cross-functional teams across SMEs, tech, and vendors.

You will define scope, metrics, and timelines, manage risks, and ensure quality through governance and agile/hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degrees with appropriate experience.
Functional experience in patient services domain with good process knowledge.
Expertise in Salesforce, IVR workflow, data models and AI.
Strong program/project management and SDLC experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project delivery aligning with business priorities and strategy.
Define project scope, success metrics, timelines and deliverables.
Facilitate planning sessions, sprints, reviews, and stakeholder touchpoints.
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues; escalate for rapid resolution.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure cohesive execution.
Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
Maintain governance documents and reporting for transparency and compliance.
Promote continuous improvement by applying learnings to future work.
