Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Product Owner in Atlanta, GA for a 12‑month engagement to drive the OBS catering transformation. You will own the product roadmap, develop user stories, and coordinate with IT, vendors, and enterprise teams to deliver an industry-leading food and beverage experience.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, experience gathering requirements, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
At least 3 years gathering requirements from stakeholders.
Self-motivated, intellectually curious and results oriented, able to meet deadlines.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

Create and manage a product catalog for Onboard Services including food, beverages and assets.
Plan, create and organize products to support customer and operational systems.
Develop user stories and drive functional requirements and documentation.
Own the product roadmap and prioritize features with IT.
Understand complex business processes and vendor data integration for OBS.
Use data analysis to solve business problems with the Technical Product Owner.
Participate in daily Scrum ceremonies with IT, vendors and business partners.
Collaborate on Enterprise Product Catalog initiatives and MMS for digital experiences.
Define success criteria and metrics for new products/releases and perform post-implementation analysis.
Communicate priorities and roadmaps to stakeholders; demonstrate products.
