What We Need
Corpay Inc. is currently looking to hire a Product Owner – Mobile Payments within our Corporate Payments Division. This position will focus on driving the development of a new mobile product offering within the Prepaid Product. The Product Owner will lead the Agile Scrum team and be responsible for defining, delivering, and iterating on mobile-first capabilities to drive user engagement, retention, and business value. Ideal candidates will have experience working in mobile banking or fintech environments. This is a remote role reporting to the Director of Product Delivery.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Serve as the voice of the mobile customer within the Scrum team, owning the delivery of an exceptional mobile user experience
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing and Compliance to develop features aligned with regulatory needs and industry best practices
- Write and prioritize epics and user stories focused on mobile-first experiences for B2B and B2C users within the prepaid payment’s ecosystem
- Lead Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives), aligning cross-functional stakeholders on objectives and value
- Manage up-to-date product backlog and release planning, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements
- Own the mobile product KPIs (e.g., adoption, NPS, app store ratings), using data to guide decisions
- Partner with QA and Release teams to validate functionality and ensure high quality deployment to App Store/Play Store
- Stay current with fintech/mobile trends and competitive offerings to ensure Corpay’s mobile experience remains leading-edge
- Serve as a bridge between third party technology providers, internal platforms, and the user mobile experience, ensuring seamless integration with backend services
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager experience with at least 2 years delivering native mobile app experiences
- Experience working in the fintech, banking, or digital payments space, especially with mobile-first B2B/B2C financial products
- Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for Computer Science, Business, Finance, or similar field
- Proven success in owning the full mobile product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration
- Experience managing APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., KYC, digital wallets, transaction processing) is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- CSPO or similar Agile certification is nice to have but not required
