You will lead discovery, own the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Requires 5+ years in PO/BA roles, strong Jira skills, and solid Agile experience; marketing technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Delivery Analyst role with backlog ownership.
• Advanced Jira skills for backlog creation, refinement, prioritization, and dependency tracking.
• Working knowledge of Agile; scaled Agile experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and SDLC collaboration with engineering leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead discovery workshops to drive clarity, alignment, and decisions.
• Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring items are well-defined and prioritized.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define value and outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery planning with agile teams for release readiness.
• Track progress, risks, blockers, and communicate status to leadership.
• Validate delivered work against acceptance criteria and business value.
• Maintain release artifacts and governance documentation.
