Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Product Owner to serve as the voice of stakeholders, sponsors and users of Nitro, guiding vision and prioritization in an Agile environment in Wilmington.

You will partner with the Scrum Master, manage backlog, translate requirements into epics, and work with executives to maximize business value.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product ownership or equivalent in a medium or large enterprise.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience working with C-level executives and business leaders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into epics and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle, from strategic planning and ideation through implementation and launch.
• Develop strategies to enhance current products and drive revenue or efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the Scrum team to define requirements and priorities.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog of epics and stories for delivery.
• Lead backlog grooming and coordinate with leadership and department heads.
• Track roadmaps, schedules, and product designs; ensure timely releases.
• Partner with UX teams to align design with workflow and Nitro standards.
• Gather user feedback and incorporate into the design cycle.
