Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Product Owner to represent stakeholders and users in Nitro development. You will own the product vision, prioritize the backlog, and collaborate with the Scrum Master and development teams to maximize business value.

You will gather requirements from executives and sponsors, translate into epics and stories, run backlog grooming, and help drive product releases with a focus on customer impact and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a medium or large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience working with C-level executives and business leaders.
• Experience following Agile principles to deliver products on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategic planning to launch.
• Develop plans and strategies to enhance current products and drive new revenue or efficiencies.
• Create use cases, define requirements and prioritize software features with stakeholders and the scrum team.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog of epics and stories and coordinate with executives and department heads.
• Lead backlog grooming to prioritize stories and epics for features and non-functional requirements.
• Track product roadmaps, schedules and designs; represent business stakeholders on the scrum team.
