Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Product Owner to voice stakeholders and users in Nitro development, prioritizing objectives and removing blockers in an agile setting.

The role partners with the Scrum Master to lead the team, translate business needs into epics and stories, and ensure timely delivery while maximizing business value. Experience with enterprise environments and remote/local coordination is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership capability and strong coaching/presentation skills.
• Experience working with C-level executives and business leaders.
• Experience applying Agile principles to prioritize and deliver software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategic planning to launch.
• Develop and strategize to enhance existing products and generate revenue or efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and the scrum team to define requirements and prioritize features.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog of epics and stories with executives and department heads.
• Lead backlog grooming to prioritize stories and epics for functional and non-functional needs.
• Track product roadmaps, schedules and designs; represent business stakeholders on the scrum team.
• Coordinate with UX to ensure design supports workflow and Nitro development standards.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into design iterations.
