Job summary

Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Product Owner to champion Nitro in the development process. You will translate stakeholder goals into prioritized epics and stories, work with the Scrum team to drive value, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication are essential for success. In this role you will partner with executives and department heads, manage the product backlog, and guide initiatives to maximize business value through agile practices.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership capability and strong communication skills.
• Minimum 4+ years in a medium or large enterprise environment.
• Experience working with C-level executives and business leaders.
• Experience applying Agile principles to deliver features on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategy to launch.
• Develop and strategize to enhance existing products and generate revenue.
• Define requirements and prioritize software features with stakeholders and the scrum team.
• Maintain a well-defined backlog of epics and stories across environments.
• Lead backlog grooming to prioritize features and non-functional requirements.
• Track product roadmaps, schedules and designs to meet release timelines.
• Collaborate with UX to ensure design supports workflow and Nitro standards.
• Gather user feedback and translate it into the design cycle.
