Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Product Owner to be the voice of stakeholders and users in Nitro development. You will prioritize objectives, guide agile teams, and remove obstacles to maximize business value.

You will work with executives and department heads to translate business needs into epics and stories for delivery. The role emphasizes a strong coaching mindset, exceptional communication, and collaboration across remote and local teams to align product strategy with company

Qualifications

4+ years experience in a medium or large scale enterprise environment.
Experience working with C-level executives and business leaders.
Experience applying Agile principles to deliver software you own.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation through launch.
Develop and strategize to enhance products and generate revenue or operational efficiency.
Create use cases, define requirements and prioritize features with the Scrum team.
Maintain a well defined backlog of epics and stories aligned with business goals.
Lead backlog grooming sessions to prioritize stories and epics for delivery.
Track roadmaps, schedules and product designs to meet release timelines.
Collaborate with UX to ensure design supports workflow and Nitro standards.
